As such, Simoné works tirelessly helping clients to develop coping and social skills to achieve emotional and mental health. She manages this by using CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy) techniques, which address negative attitudes, unhealthy emotions, and maladaptive behaviors – all which can negatively impact life’s happiness. Currently, Simoné is in her last year of earning her doctorate in Education and Leadership with a specialization in Sports Administration and Management.
